Program Description

The Transitional Aged Youth Service is an outpatient community-based clinic that provides recovery-focused care to youth with concurrent substance use and mental health disorders. Services may include diagnostic assessment, case management, individual/group therapy, and access to psychological, medical, and psychiatric care.

Access Information

Referral through Service Access to Recovery (SAR), or through AccessMHA online referral website.
Referrals related to alcohol or opioid use also accepted through the Royal Ottawa Health Group Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinic.
Referrals are sent to the Substance Use Concurrent Disorders (SUCD) program where individuals are assessed and referred to appropriate program either within SUCD or within the community.
