Home Care - Mental Health

Program Description

The intensive services program is for families with complex needs and who are at risk of family or school break down. The program operates within a family system perspective to help stabilize the family environment. Services are tailored to develop more successful interactions between parents and their children to create stronger resilient family dynamics.

Access Information

Referrals accepted from all sources, including self. Call or complete the online referral form. Initial appointment is scheduled with Brief Services staff where the individuals needs are assessed and a treatment plan developed with the individual. Individuals 12 years and older can self refer.
